Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Creduna website and services. The provider is Krzysztof Kwiatkowski K2, Zecerska 23/1, 51-180 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6912440973, a sole proprietorship entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) ("Creduna", "we"). 1. Who the service is for

Creduna is a service for businesses. It is offered to companies and to individuals acting in the course of their business or professional activity. It is not offered to consumers.

By using the service on behalf of a company you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. What we do

  • We check, on the basis of the information you provide, whether your company appears to meet the published conditions of credit programs such as AWS Activate and Claude for Startups.
  • We prepare draft answers for the applications. You review them and submit the applications yourself, from your own accounts.
  • We analyse cost and usage metadata from your AWS account through a read-only role that you create and can delete at any time.
  • We provide recommendations for reducing Claude and AWS spend.

Using the website requires a device with internet access and a current web browser.

3. No guarantee of credits or savings

Credit programs are run by Amazon Web Services and Anthropic. They alone decide who receives credits, in what amount and on what terms, and they can change or end their programs at any time. Our eligibility check is an assessment against published rules, not a decision and not a promise.

Amounts shown on the website, including the calculator, are illustrative estimates based on program maximums and stated assumptions. Savings ceilings in our reports are upper bounds to be confirmed, calculated at list prices that may differ from the rates you pay.

We do not guarantee that you will receive any credits or achieve any particular saving.

4. No affiliation

Creduna is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Amazon, Amazon Web Services or Anthropic. Their names and marks are used only to describe the services our work relates to. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You provide accurate, complete and current information. You remain solely responsible for the content of any application you submit, including the parts we drafted.
  • You do not ask us to state anything untrue in an application, and you do not use an Organization ID or other access code that was not issued to your company.
  • You are responsible for your AWS and Anthropic accounts, their security and their costs.
  • You decide whether and how to implement our recommendations. You test changes before using them in production and keep the ability to roll them back.
  • You do not send us personal data, secrets or confidential third-party material unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

6. Access to your AWS account

Access is granted through an IAM role created from a template you can inspect. The role allows reading billing data and usage counters only. It does not allow reading prompts, model outputs or application data, invoking models, or changing resources.

You can revoke access at any moment by deleting the role. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords or access keys to your accounts.

7. Output produced with AI

Reports, draft applications, rewritten prompts and test sets are produced with the help of AI models and can contain errors or omissions. They are working material for your review, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. You check them before relying on them.

8. Fees

The eligibility check and the initial analysis are free of charge. Paid services, including success-based fees, are provided only on the basis of a separate written agreement or order that states the price. Nothing on the website is an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

9. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You may use the reports and drafts we deliver for your own business purposes. Our tools, methods, templates and software remain ours.

Each party keeps confidential the non-public information it receives from the other and uses it only to perform the service. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost credits, lost data, costs charged by third-party providers, or any indirect or consequential loss; for decisions made by AWS or Anthropic; or for the results of changes you implement.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and for services provided free of charge to PLN 500.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for damage caused intentionally, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Acceptable use

You must not provide unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, or use the service to obtain credits by deception. We may refuse or stop providing the service where we reasonably suspect such use.

12. Complaints

Complaints about the service can be sent through contact@creduna.co. Please describe the problem and include your contact details. We reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

13. Duration and termination

You can stop using the service at any time, delete the access role and ask us to delete your data. We can end the free service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 3, 7, 9 and 10, continue to apply.

14. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may change these terms for important reasons such as changes in the law, in the credit programs or in the scope of the service. The current version is published on this page with its date. Changes do not affect services already performed.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Creduna.
